2. Description of the Service

ReviewHabibi provides an automated Google review acceleration, reputation shield, and WhatsApp outreach platform for local clinics, restaurants, salons, and retail stores:

• Customer review gates routing 4-5 stars to Google Maps and 1-3 stars to private feedback.
• Native WhatsApp automation via connected WhatsApp Web sessions with zero per-message charges.
• Custom SMTP email dispatch and print-ready QR table tents and counter stands.
• Embeddable website social proof widgets and multi-branch management.

3. Subscription & Billing

ReviewHabibi is billed on a monthly subscription basis (Starter: $8/mo, Growth: $16/mo, Pro: $25/mo). Payments are securely handled by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your billing settings. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers if you are not satisfied with the Service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ReviewHabibi only to contact your own verified customers. Spamming, bulk harvesting of phone numbers, or fraudulent reviews are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
