1. Information We Collect

When you register for ReviewHabibi, we collect your business name, email address, password hash, and optional business details (Google Place ID, phone number). When sending review requests, customer names and phone numbers are processed solely on your instructions to deliver invitations.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Authenticate your account and maintain service access.
• Deliver automated WhatsApp and email review requests that you initiate.
• Process subscription billing and generate invoices via our payment provider.
• Provide customer support and resolve technical inquiries.

3. WhatsApp Data & Security

Your WhatsApp Web session authentication keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We never read your personal WhatsApp chats, contact lists, or media files. We only interact with the session to dispatch review requests initiated by your authorized users.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or customer data to advertisers or third parties. We share data only with necessary infrastructure providers (hosting, payment processing via Polar.sh, and transactional email providers).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated customer logs at any time by contacting [email protected].
