At ReviewHabibi, we strive to provide a transparent, fair, and reliable software service for local business owners. All online subscription billing and processing is facilitated securely via our authorized Merchant of Record, Polar (Polar Software Inc. / Polar.sh).

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our obligations concerning subscription cancellations, money-back guarantees, and refund requests.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Subscriptions)

100% Risk-Free Guarantee: We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all first-time paid subscriptions (Starter $8/mo, Growth $16/mo, or Pro $25/mo).

If you subscribe to ReviewHabibi and determine within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase that the platform does not meet your operational requirements:

3. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You have complete control over your subscription and may cancel at any time. We do not enforce long-term contracts, annual lock-ins, or cancellation penalties.

4. Recurring Monthly Billing & Renewal Refunds

ReviewHabibi subscriptions renew automatically every month. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription prior to your renewal date.

Accidental Renewals: If your subscription automatically renewed and you did not intend to continue, please contact [email protected] within forty-eight (48) hours of the renewal charge, provided you have not actively dispatched review campaigns during the renewed cycle. We will review and honor reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Inquiries

If you ever notice an unrecognized charge from ReviewHabibi or Polar on your billing statement, please reach out directly to [email protected] before contacting your bank. We investigate and resolve billing inquiries within 24 hours. Resolving inquiries directly is faster and avoids unnecessary bank dispute delays.

ReviewHabibi is a 100% digital cloud-based software service. Digital fulfillment occurs instantaneously upon successful completion of your registration and payment via Polar. You will receive an immediate confirmation email containing your receipt and access credentials.
